01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and ake444 ("ake444", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at ake444.app ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the ake444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.

ake444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Any material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered members via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the account. Continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately and request account closure via live chat support.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted exclusively in the English language. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy.

Scope of Services

The Platform provides access to sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games, slot games, instant win games, and associated account and payment services. The specific range of services available may vary over time. ake444 reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw any service offering at any time without prior notice, subject to providing reasonable notice to affected members where material rights are impacted.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms (where applicable), and any other policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ake444 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature, whether written or oral.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the ake444 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and remain so throughout your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, and you are solely responsible for determining the legal status of online betting in your own jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of ake444 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You have not previously had an ake444 account permanently closed for breach of these Terms, including for fraud, abuse, or responsible gaming self-exclusion.
• You are acting in your own name, using your own payment methods, and are not acting as an agent or nominee for any other person.

Age Verification Process

ake444 verifies member age during the registration process via mobile number verification linked to your national ID or other government-issued identity document. ake444 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any time — including a photograph of a valid National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm that the age eligibility requirement is met. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily will be suspended pending resolution.

Where ake444 determines or reasonably suspects that an account has been registered by a person under 18 years of age, ake444 will immediately close the account, void all transactions including bets placed and bonuses claimed, and return the original deposited amount to the payment source where technically possible. ake444 will not honour any winnings generated on an account that was registered in breach of the age requirement.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services on the ake444 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

One Account Per Member

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ake444 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, the same mobile device, the same IP address, the same bKash or Nagad number, or any other linking identifier — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ake444 will close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and may withhold funds pending investigation. The decision of ake444 in such matters is final.

Account Security and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ake444 will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account while authenticated is deemed to have been authorised by you, and ake444 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ake444 support immediately via live chat to request a temporary account suspension while the matter is investigated. ake444 will work with you promptly and in good faith to resolve any confirmed unauthorised access incident.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ake444 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawal requests, applying bonuses, or continuing to provide access to the Platform. KYC documentation may include, without limitation: a copy of your National ID card, passport, driving licence, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, or a photograph confirming your identity. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested will result in withdrawal suspension and may ultimately result in account closure in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ake444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi banks. All transactions are processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption. ake444 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which ake444 bears no responsibility.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your ake444 account balance in real time or within sixty seconds in normal network conditions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit; however, ake444 may apply account-level limits as part of its AML and responsible gaming obligations. All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a bKash, Nagad, or bank account belonging to another person — are not permitted and will be returned, less any applicable processing costs.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the ake444 payments team following a formal verification request. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: Under five minutes in normal conditions.
• Rocket and Upay: Within thirty minutes in normal conditions.
• Bank transfers (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, etc.): One to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

Processing times stated above are targets under normal operating conditions. ake444 does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by mobile network congestion, bank processing windows, national holidays, or technical issues on the payment provider's infrastructure. In such cases, ake444 will communicate delays promptly via live chat.

Anti-Money Laundering Obligations

ake444 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activity. ake444 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds from any member at any time. Where a member cannot satisfactorily demonstrate the legitimate source of deposited funds, ake444 may suspend withdrawals pending investigation and, if required by its obligations, report the matter to relevant authorities. Deposits made to ake444 accounts must represent funds legitimately belonging to and earned or saved by the registered account holder.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ake444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cricket reload bonuses, seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and T20 World Cup events, and ongoing loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the point of activation, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("WR") that must be completed before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable WR multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page at the time of activation.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by the account holder to whom they are offered. Bonus sharing, gifting, or transfer between accounts is prohibited.
• Each promotion is subject to a specified validity period. Bonuses not activated or wagering requirements not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically and the bonus funds will be forfeited.
• Where a bonus is awarded in connection with a deposit, the qualifying deposit must be made from a verified payment method registered to the account holder's own name.
• ake444 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or substitute any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn after activation, any portion already wagered in good faith will be honoured.
• ake444 reserves the right to exclude specific games or game categories from contributing to wagering requirement completion. Game contribution rates are disclosed on the relevant promotion page.

Bonus Abuse

ake444 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay, and the use of bots or automated tools to complete wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, ake444 will void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and may permanently close the account without further notice. The determination of whether conduct constitutes bonus abuse rests with ake444 and is final.

06 Betting Rules & Sports Wagering

The ake444 sportsbook offers pre-match and in-play betting across a wide range of sports and tournaments, with particular depth in cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Champions Trophy, Asia Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the ake444 Platform.

Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the member. Odds are subject to change at any time before confirmation. ake444 uses real-time pricing and reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason. Where a bet is refused, any reserved stake is returned to the member's account balance immediately.

Void Bets

A bet may be voided in the following circumstances, among others:

• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market's completion threshold is reached.
• The bet was accepted due to a manifest pricing error — that is, an odds price that is demonstrably and materially incorrect relative to true market pricing at the time.
• The bet relates to an event affected by match-fixing, corruption, or irregularity that renders the result invalid.
• Technical errors in the Platform result in incorrect odds being displayed and accepted.

Where a bet is voided, the full stake is returned to the member's account. Voiding decisions are made by the ake444 trading desk and are final and binding.

In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is subject to real-time market suspension during key events in a match — for example, during a cricket over, a penalty kick in football, or a wicket in a T20 match. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be held pending confirmation at the next available price once markets reopen. Members accept that in-play prices are inherently variable and that confirmed in-play bets are binding at the price confirmed at acceptance, not the price at which the bet was initially submitted.

Maximum Winnings

ake444 applies maximum single-event and aggregate daily winnings limits. These limits vary by sport, market type, and event. The applicable limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of bet placement. Winnings in excess of the stated maximum will be reduced to the applicable cap, and the excess will not be paid. Members are advised to review the maximum winnings applicable to their bet before confirming.

07 Responsible Gaming

ake444 is committed to responsible gaming and to providing every member with the tools they need to stay in control of their gambling activity. Responsible gaming is not an afterthought at ake444 — it is built into the core of the Platform's account management system and is accessible to every member without requiring a support request.

Self-Management Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ake444 members directly from their account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period before taking effect.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set duration. Automatic logout can be enabled to enforce session time limits.
• Loss Limits: Set weekly loss limits to cap the amount you can lose within a rolling seven-day period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or bet. Your balance remains intact and is returned at the end of the period.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. Once activated, permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. All open bets are settled and the remaining balance is returned to your registered payment method.

08 Account Closure & Termination

Either party may close or terminate an ake444 account, subject to the conditions set out below.

Member-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your ake444 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before processing a closure request, ake444 will confirm your identity and ensure that all open bets have been settled. Once confirmed, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Account closure requested for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) is processed with priority and takes effect within one hour of the confirmed request.

ake444-Initiated Closure or Suspension

ake444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account immediately and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the age requirement, one-account policy, or fair play obligations.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, match-fixing involvement, or use of automated betting software.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Chargebacks filed against ake444 by a member's payment provider without legitimate grounds.
• Conduct that ake444 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, other members, or ake444's operations.

Where an account is closed by ake444 for breach of these Terms, ake444 reserves the right to void outstanding bets and withhold balances pending investigation. Where a balance is ultimately confirmed as legitimately belonging to the member following investigation, it will be returned via the registered payment method net of any losses or costs arising from the breach.

Effect of Termination

Upon closure of an account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and AML obligations — shall continue to apply after closure.
